Sybase

Hi

I am facing problem while starting Sybase in Linux. After starting the sybase it has displayed around 200 lines and stoped at Can't send to site 'LOCALHOST_XP'.

00:00000:00012:2008/07/09 10:32:47.96 server Can't send to site 'LOCALHOST_XP'.

Thought that the sybase in up .After 2 minutes sybase is going down and showing an error as :

Plz help me to resolve this problem
plz give me a step by step procedure to install sybase in linux
