RPC-Program not registred while mounting ( solaris 10)

Hi all, I am facing an error " RPC - Progrm not registered " while
mounting an NFS file system. same error i get while executing
"dfshares" command on my solaris 10 running .machine .i learned that
this error is given when "mountd" is not running . i tried to run this
daemon by " /etc/init.d/nfs.server start " command, but still did't get
my work done.

Thanks for responding.

I have entry in the /etc/dfs/dfstab file (in fact, once i was able to
mount that file system on one client , but after that i started
receiving the said Error )

If you are trying to mount nfs filesystem, the zones play vital role,

I also got the same problem,
once I was successfully mounting the filesystem, the same file system after I restarted the nfs server showing "rpc : program not registered"

But, even though the error comes, the mounting is successful.

If you know what exactly is the problem, can you suggest me the solution please.
