Last login date

Hello,
I have upgraded a database to Oracle 10.2 on RH3.
Before we implement auditing or a login trigger (ie. past tense) can we
determine:
A) the last login date for each ID
or
B) If they have ever logged in
I doubt it is possible, but I figure you guys are the experts.

Provided you did set the audit_trail parameter to dba, and you did
issue the audit connect command, yes, you can.
If you didn't do that, you are out of luck.
