Can't Select External Table from CSV File

Hi all, I've a strange problem.
I've have many client that submit their data in CSV file to central
database. Then I use external table to get the data. It's works fine at
all client except one!
I can't select the external table from that client's CSV. The table
show no returned rows.
But when I open the CSV files and save directly without change
anything, the external tables can show the data.
I've check Excel version already and it's the same as other client.
What should I do? Any clue?
