Regular Expressions crash course

Hi, I've got to brush up my regular expressions stuff tomorrow morning and
wondered whether any of you guys know any decent interactive learning stuff
out there that'll help. I normally only use regexp as and when I need it,
but the role I'm brushing up for lean heavily on it. And I normally take a
little while hunting about getting the one solutions I need.
