What to do? /var fs is full..
|
|
|
Hello all,
I've decided to update ports on remote freebsd server with cvsup and
default sup file. It failed to complete the update saying that /var
filesystem is full. Could you please give me a hint what can be deleted
from /var ?
Thank you.
PS: I'm pretty much a newbie in bsd systems, so please try to give clear
answers. |

You can probably delete any files you have in /var/tmp.
You can also cleanup files in /var/log.
What does "df -h" show?s
