2.6S1 - assertion failed: authenticate.c:836: "auth_user_request != NULL"

Hi all,

Since upgrading to squid 2.6-S1 I get a lot of these in cache.log:

assertion failed: authenticate.c:836: "auth_user_request != NULL"

This restarts squid every 30 minutes or so.

I call ntlm as follows:

auth_param ntlm program /usr/bin/ntlm_auth
--helper-protocol=squid-2.5-ntlmssp
auth_param ntlm children 30
auth_param ntlm keep_alive on

Samba is working well and I don't see any errors in the samba logs.
