Read an flv with php?

I want to read an flv file with php. For example, determine the length
(time) of the movie. Or generate thumbnail images from it. Does such
a library exist?

I'm not familar with FLV (had to google to find out what it was), but
it appears to be related to SWF, and PHP has some swf functions in it
(i think). They may be able to help you. Thats the only advice i can
provide, maybe someone else knows more.
