Wow, it was a bit of a shock this morning when I hit OSNews.com and saw that
OpenVMS was in the alternative OS contest. I'd never even considered VMS as
an entrant, rather OS's such as SkyOS or Syllable are what I think of when I
think of alternative OS's.

Good article and good job at bringing some possitive attention to VMS!

Yes, when I read about the contest, I was very careful to read the
rules. No *ix, and No Windows (to paraphrase it).
