Hello,

Yes, there is a Windows version.

Open Client is a part of the Software Developer's Kit. If you own
a license for Adaptive Server Enterprise, it comes with one SDK
license.

You can get a free copy of ASE (and the SDK) on Windows x86, Linux x86
and Sun Solaris 64-bit. here:
http://www.sybase.com/ase_1500devel

All of the general releases are available here if you are licensed:

Updates & bug fixes to the general releases are available here:
http://downloads.sybase.com

The "Utility Guide" is a good to read on how to use BCP and ISQL:

http://manuals.sybase.com/onlinebooks/group-as/asg1251e/utility/@Generic__BookView

For ISQL, you would want to look at the "-i" parameter. You specify
a file name containing all of the SQL commands you want to execute in
batch.

Yes you can, but if you don't know how to do windows scripting I
wouldn't even start.

Get the cygwin distribution and then code shell programs on windows.

Or better yet, get ant and use that for all your database scripting.
