Hi,

Iam working on Tru64 unix.
There are some log files created binary.errlog.Could anyone tell me how
to read this?

These files are not text files and hence could be read using unix
commands vi or more .

Regards,
Mehaboob

These logs should be read using either dia or uerf depending on the age of
the system.
If dia is installed use that, if not then try uerf. Both should have man
pages so read them first.

Starting with the DS10/20, ES40, and GS80/160, CA/SEA from the WEBES
suite is the only tool that supports full interpretation. DECevent (dia)
is for older systems only and uerf is only for very ancient ones.
