Kismet on 3.9

Is there a cookbook procedure for getting Kismet running
on 3.9 with an Orinoco card? Are special driver extensions
needed?
3.9 runs on the laptop (Tosh 2595XDVD) using the Orinoco wi-fi card.
I have Kismet running on another laptop with the Orinoco
card and Ubuntu 5.1 but would like to use one of the BSDs
on the older laptop.

dmesg, please. At the very least, it will be difficult to help without
knowing what is *in* the Orinoco.
<http://www.kismetwireless.net/documentation.shtml> lists some supported
cards; search for OpenBSD within that page. If your card is in that
list, it should - at least in theory - work.
