Can I run a NetBSD Xen guest machine over a Linux Host with Xen
Hypervisor?

Yes, and it is quite simple, as NetBSD has a specific XENU-install kernel.

The main point is to create a dedicated partition, either a dedicated hard
disk partition, or via a file, to install the NetBSD OS.
