Hello,

I'm the author of Digest::SHA, and only recently became aware of issues
regarding some of the module's test scripts when run on OpenVMS. I've
released a new version of Digest::SHA which hopefully addresses what I
suspect to be the problem:

http://search.cpan.org/CPAN/authors/id/M/MS/MSHELOR/Digest-SHA-5.34.tar.gz

However, I haven't been able to test it on OpenVMS. To be honest, I'm
not knowledgeable enough about VMS to even do so.

Would it possible for someone to schedule a test of it? I really
appreciate your help.

Regards,

I installed this version using Perl V5.8.6 on VMS V8.2. The POD tests
were skipped because I do not have Test::Pod installed. However, all
other tests ran successfully.
