FreeBSD 5.3 and Broadcom WiFi.
|
|
|
I just bought a Dell laptop with their built in 1350 WiFi solution. I
checked the mini-PCI card and it uses the Broadcom chipset.
Board markings: Broadcom BCM94306MP5G Rev 4
Chip markings: BCM4306KFB / MG 0444 P30 / 731829 N
Has anybody any experience with getting this working in 5.3? I've been
reading and it seems NDIS is what should do the trick, combined with the
windows drivers, but I'm not sure this chipset is supported and google
searches did not bring up much useful info.
So any help is greatly appreciated...
