RRDtool and SUSE
|
|
|
Can some one help me to configure my .cfg file, created with cfgmaker
(MRTG) so that I can intergrate RRDTOOL. I have added the follwing
lines to my .cfg file;
"Options[_]: bits,growright
LogFormat: rrdtool
PathAdd: /usr/local/rrdtool/
PathAdd: /usr/local/rrdtool/bin/
LibAdd: /usr/local/rrdtool/lib/perl/"
But are these paths corect for SUSE? and what options do I need to run
with the rrdtool comand ?
Thanks

Why not look at where rrdtool is installed with SuSE? |

Why not read the excellent manpages, installed along with rrdtool and its |
related related utilities?
FWIW, I'd be inclined to just use rrdtool instead of mrtg but you probably
have reasons to retain it, so fair enough. I used rrdtool before mrtg so
don't miss any of it. ;)
