Could not install RPM's
|
|
|
Hi,
I am using Red Hat Linux 9. when i tried to install the RPM
"glut-devel-3.7-12.i386.rpm" (from Red Hat Linux Installation CD's) a
dialogue box appears and it says the following
" Preparing system update
Befor modifying the packages on your system, Package
dependencies must be determined. This process may take a few minutes."
It processes and after some time the dialogue box is
closed and nothing happened.
I also tried to install the package from "Konsole mode", it shows a
warning which says something like NO KEY found.
Please help me to install the package. |

A "devel" package usually consists of header files. Have you checked whether
any new files are in /usr/include, or tried to compile the software for
which you needed this package? |
