No... not really.

Don't ask if this is a solution for X without telling us what X is.

But if you want to restrict which sites web browsers can visit, you can
take a look at:

I don't know what an inurl search is, but if you can write a regular
expression that describes the packets you want to block,
http://l7-filter.sourceforge.net/ can probably help. This may be a
heavyweight solution, though. A proxy server, as prg suggested, may be
a better solution.
