I have use this directives to solve but i dont find on my windows xp sp2
with last patches this "Autoenrollment Settings":
1. Edit the Local Group Policy to disable Autoenrollment:
a. From start menu, click Run and enter gpedit.msc.
b. Select Local Computer Policy\Computer Configuration\
Windows Settings\Security Settings\Public Key Policies\
Autoenrollment Settings
c. From the Autoenrollement Settings Properties window select the
"Do not enroll certificates automatically" button and select OK
d. Exit the Local Group Policy Editor
2. Set the registry parameter REQUIRESIGNORSEAL to 0:
a. From the start menu, click Run and enter regedt32.
b. Select HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\
Netlogon\Parameters\REQUIRESIGNORSEAL and choose Modify from
the pull down menu.
c. From the Edit DWORD Value window, set the value data field to 0
and select OK.
3. Reboot the Windows XP workstation.

LOL...
Man is that a mess, never saw anything as complicated &
troublesome, when all you need is to open some xterm and 'ssh
tru64box' and login. (Presuming you run sshd on the Tru64 box,
you should.)
There are free ssh clients for doze, 'putty' and alike or simply
install Linux/FreeBSD on your PC to get work done, unless you
prefer constant rebooting.;)
