Question about MipsPro

Hey guys i have a question. I am trying to compile a program that requires
cc compiler but when i try to run it it says that i don't have a licence for
it.
Anybody can generate a flex licence for this. thank you

http://www.sgi.com/support/licensing/

Also, are you sure that your code didn't compile...even with the
message about no license?
