installing ports error

Hi,

I have just installed netbsd on my old machine. I am trying to make
ports running but whenever i am trying to install any port i get such an
error:

What is wrong. It seems like some files are missing (but as i have read
bsd.own.mk is not mandatory). Maybe make version and maybe i should make
word first?
I am using:
# uname -a
NetBSD 2.0.2 NetBSD 2.0.2 (GENERIC) #0: Wed Mar 23 08:53:42 UTC 2005

Just installed it but without ports its useless for me Sad

Can anybody help me ;)
