sendmail with hostname problem

Hi:

I hold a sub-domain with {my.url.org} which assigned by {url.org},
and my host have two network interface,
one is public ip, another is private ip(192.168.0.100).

I set a catch-only nameserver with public ip configuration,
and under are my related files,

/etc/nsswitch.conf
hosts : DNS

/etc/resolv.conf
domain my.url.org
nameserver {my public ip}

/etc/myname
hostname.my.url.org

But hoststat show error messages :
name sendmail[xxxx]: gethostbyaddr(192.168.0.100) failed: 1

How should I set the private interface hostname on right way?
