Problem when installing GCC

I want to install GCC on my server i have downloaded

when i type this

i get

Suggested resolutions:
glibc-devel-2.3.2-95.3.i386.rpm

how can i install gcc? i use
Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 3 (Taroon)

well first of all you should install glibc-devel-2.3.2-95.3.i386.rpm
and then find the rpm for cpp and install that too. then try again to install gcc-3.2-7.i386.rpm |
