Hey,
try this command on terminal/CLI mode text mode
#blkid /dev/hda1
Depends on your partitions.

Feel free to ask if some probs..!!!

Hi,
i have installed 2000 and Redhat 3.0 on my 80GB HDD, and the same have 4 partitions... how do i get the names of other partitions (like hda5 , hda4 etc) ...to mount
i also have another disk with 4 partioions. so far i cud only figure out and mount only hda1(win 2000 installed) and hda5.
what will be the possible name for the partitions or how do i figure it out ?
