Hello:

My company is a potential new Oracle user. Can someone help us? We
need unbiased opinions and input from users currently familiar with the
HR/Payroll/HRMS system offered by Oracle.

What are the potential problems with this system? Is it easy to learn
and navigate?

Please send responses to mbuffone@prg.com and thank you very much for
your help.

Thanks
Marita

Could you provide a little less information?

1. What is your company currently using?

2. What is your internal experience with Oracle or PeopleSoft or other
similar systems?

3. What resources do you have to help you with the implementations? With
training?

From my experience the Oracle HR system is excellent. And soon, with the
PeopleSoft merger, will be even better.
