Anybody any idea for which reason these errors show up ? These errors come
up when using the owa_pattern package, namely the change() function, with
the 'gi' flags set.

ORA-06552: PL/SQL: Compilation unit analysis terminated
ORA-06553: PLS-553: character set name is not recognized
