I finally got this resolved. Thanks to Stanman1 and Peter from
Sybase!

Peter pointed me to the right EBF:
The update you are looking for is available in the Sybase SDK version
12.5.1 ESD#7. This is available from the Sybase web site.

Stanman1 finished up with how to actually get it to upgrade which it <<
DIDN'T>> do automatically!

Version 1.1.411.0 is definitely included in the ESD#7. I had the same
problem as you and had to get help from Sybase. By default, the EBF
only update components it believes need updating (which never seems to
be ADO.NET). You need set an Environment Variable (yes, in the OS) of
INSTALL_ALL_PATCH=1. This will force the entire EBF to be installed.
This worked for me, even though the install did not indicate it was
updating the ASE provider.

Does anyone know where I can get the ASE Data Adapter 1.1.411.0 for MS
Windows? My developer is using .Net and it apparently has some
features that don't exist in 1.1.327.0.
