Connect from what version of what software to what version of Oracle?
Using SQL*Net? JDBC? ODBC?
On what operating system(s)?
No doubt people would be glad to help you if you provided some relevant
information. Surely you know enough to know that connecting from
SQL*Plus on a UNIX machine will be different from connect MS Access on
a Windows machine.
