AFAIR they need a JRE (and X11 and Motif) installed, because the old
IPFX based was obsoleted.
Be patient when starting the Java GUI ;-)

Why do you post the same question twice?
You should be more patient.
What filesets did you install?
What makes you certain that the three commands you mention are not
there? How did you look for them?
Did you look in /usr/opt/ifor/ls/os/aix/bin ?
Have you read the documentation at
ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/software/lum/doc/V4.6.8/lumusg.pdf ?
Something tells me you have not :^)
