Yes, you can, *BUT* it won't be 'useful' to do so, because lynx will
*exit* after the 'response' page for the form submission is returned.

"post" data submitted to a HHTP server consists of a number of lines, of the
form:
{fieldname}={value}

Lynx expects the file to be in exactly that form -- it just 'copies' the
file data to the server.


example:
username=baz
password=quux
submit=GO

I'm wondering if I can use lynx with the -post_data option to log into
my
eBay account with one bash shell command.

I can't find any detailed docs on using this option, only that the data
has to be "properly formatted."

Can anyone show me where there is more info on this or provide an
example?
