In general, SiS5571 chipset has Disk Controller Problem related to Ultra
DMA mode in the Unix-like OS, such as *BSDs, etc.

Please advise me about above problem!

I also want to use my old pentium PC (200Mhz Pentium MMX) with SiS5571
Motherboard.

There is no specific mention of this specific hardware on the Supported

Platforms page for i386 <http://www.openbsd.org/i386.html>

Similar hardware that is specifically supported are items like 5513
(5597/5598), so it should work. You might want to check in the mailing
list archives to see if there was a specific problem with the 5571
<http://www.openbsd.org/mail.html>

As an aside, it does not look like this chipset actually supports UDMA
mode. Even if it does and fails, when the adaptor is brought up on boot
the driver will often downgrade the DMA mode and such until it is sure
that read-write access is safe.

So, unless there is an unhandled bug in this specific hardware not
handled in the support for the 55* devices, either UDMA mode is not
present at all, or the DMA and PIO modes will be determined on boot by
the error-handling stuff in the kernel and driver.
