I'm contemplating a system that's bundled with this video card. It's a
server, so all I care about is VGA; I'm guessing that pretty much
everything must have VGA fallback support, but just want to make sure.

Anyone running this successfully (amd64 system, if it matter)?

Thanks.

The VGA 640x480 at 16 colors must be supported by every video card
available. I think they call it a VESA standard.

The 80x25 text console should also be supported, but I don't think they
call that a VESA standard.

For a server, who provides TEXT as it's interface, it'll be fine.

For a server, with a graphical interface, basic screen resolutions will
be available. Anything beyond the graphical 640x480 at 16 colors is
driver dependent.

This is just from memory, but I'm 99% sure it's accurate.
