It should work. I didn't test every Postfix feature, but just a limited set
of functionalities, mostly for mail system development.

Are you using the ports system? NetBSD ships with Postfix (likely 2.2.x),
so this should be a solved problem. Perhaps the NetBSD Postfix maintainers
can post their sys_defs.h changes for NetBSD 3.0.
