My question still remains unanswered.

I can do the following without any problems -

odb.connect("orcl", "system", "pwd");

so how do i get / to work with O4OO?

hi guys,

I am trying to get a Oracle connection using O4OO. When I use system
user all is good but get an error if I try using /.

For instance

odb.connect("orcl", "/", 0)

comes up with a 101 error code.

I want to simulate the following

/ as sysdba.

Any tips?
