Re: Role for user alias

How do you know the login (aka aliased user) does in fact have sa_role?
Does sp_displaylogin or sp_displayroles show this particular login as
having sa_role? (And if so, have you looked at the source code for said
stored proc to see how it know's the login has sa_role, ie, copy the same
logic into your program.)

If I call :
select show_role()
for a user which is a user alias of another user with sa_role, I get
NULL, although it has of course sa_role.
How can I find that this alias has the sa_role ?
Thanks in advance.
