I have set up the Enhanced Security on my Alpha, running 5.1b, and am
trying (without any joy!) to get the password complexity set so that a
password must have at least one uppercase character, one lowercase
character and one numeric character.
I tried some of the settings using the edauth command (eg. u_restrict),
but I'm not getting anywhere!
Does anyone have any guidelines for me? Any suggestions?
Many thanks,
Mike.

To get that kind of password complexity you'll have to either write a
program or script to check. Look and manpage 'default' and field
d_pw_site_callout.
Google for d_pw_site_callout and you'll probably find examples of how
it's used.

Can't you just use 'dxaccounts'?
