It looks like a raw dump of the filesystem to me.
Perhaps raw-write it to a spare disk and see if you can mount it
on the Tru64 system?

Recognize this archive structure?

I've got tape files with 10kb blocks that look tar-ish to me, (supposed
to have been written under TRu64 Unix) and have copied raw to disk.
Won't open via TAR or CPIO with GNU tools and a number of others under
Windows. Have even tried on a small Tru64 system.
Anybody out there recocognize the organization from the dump below?
Thanks for your help.
(The "..." replaces many lines of 00's in the dumps, and only the first
part of the second block is shown, but will be enough for the right
person, I'd guess.)
