I' ve been reading documentation about NetBSD for two days, but I still have
not found where I can find precompiled packages for NetBSD-2.1 or NetBSD-3.0
for i386 platform.
Do have I to recompile all KDE and Firefox, or can I install packages from
NetBSD-2.0.2 distributions?
Thank You very much.

The installation document contains very clear links and
instructions. Step 5 of the post-installation steps either describes
or links to everything you need to know.

ftp://ftp.NetBSD.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-3.0/i386/INSTALL.html#Post installation steps

You might like to read through the entire post-installation section to
make sure there aren't any other things you've missed.

Cheers,

- Joel

you can use pkg_add in this way:

pkg_add -v
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/packages/2.0/i386/All/kde-3.4.2.tgz

in order to install, e.g. kde!

I could use that command, if only i could put my ethernet card at work!
:D

bye!
